TERMS & CONDITIONS:
Orders are placed through our website and confirmed once payment has been successfully received and an order confirmation has been sent. All prices are shown in euros and include applicable taxes. Delivery costs are displayed at checkout unless the order qualifies for free delivery. Available payment methods are also shown during checkout.
Estimated production and delivery times are provided on the relevant product page. Delivery availability may vary depending on the destination.
If you wish to cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible. Custom-made or personalized orders cannot be cancelled once production has begun.
If you experience a problem with your order, please contact us. We will review the matter and make every reasonable effort to resolve it directly with you.
RETURNS & REFUNDS:
Returns are accepted within 14 days of receiving your order. Please contact us within this period to request a return. We will provide the return delivery address, shipping label and further instructions. Items must be returned unused, undamaged and in their original condition and packaging. We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions.
Products made according to the customer’s individual specifications or clearly personalized cannot be returned under the 14-day right of withdrawal. This does not affect the customer’s rights if the product is defective or does not correspond to the confirmed order.
Once the returned product has been received and inspected, we will issue the refund if the item is in its original condition and has not been used beyond what is necessary to inspect it. If the product’s value has been reduced due to excessive handling, use or damage, the refund may be reduced accordingly.
